Areas of Expertise

Committed to providing exceptional results,
effective processes, and high quality relationships.

Educational Leadership

Our team focuses on whole-school transformation diagnosis and action planning. School teams engage in case studies, consultancy protocols, and after-action- review processes to develop and implement transformational school-wide practices. The four focus areas include instructional, cultural, personal, and adult leadership practices.

Implementation & Assessment

Our team utilizes a collection of strategies to support schools in designing and implementing programs, building and executing frameworks and process maps, and specialized project management (including detailed project plans). Our assessment and evaluation approaches are grounded in the Theory of Action and Implementation Science in order to assist schools in simultaneously meeting their goals and shifting school-wide practices.

Professional Coaching

Using the tenants of Adult Learning Theory, our team uses blended learning approaches to support schools by assisting them in developing exceptional instructional leadership teams (comprised of teachers, administrators, and support staff) so the entire school community is working toward a shared vision for student success. Individual, team, and department level coaching and mentoring sessions are a part of the support options for schools.

Data Systems

Our team offers a variety of support strategies and processes in academic and non-academic data systems to assist teams in developing and/or strengthening their cycles of support and comprehensive school-wide improvement. Our primary focus is coaching schools around setting ambitious SMART Goals, backward mapping an action plan, tracking progress to goals with data, and making adjustments to action plans as needed.

College & Career Readiness

Our team works collaboratively with the school team to develop and/or leverage integrated approaches to college and career school-wide preparation and planning. Our focus is a structured approach to developing systems and processes that increase access to college and careers through pathways mentoring, strategies for completing and submitting necessary college entrance and sustainment documents, and school-focused monitoring/tracking of success metrics.
